Dr. Fatih Tunca

Uzm. Prof. Dr. Fatih Tunca is a distinguished General Surgery specialist with extensive academic and clinical experience at Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, Istanbul University.

Dr. Tunca completed his Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree in 1999 at the Istanbul Faculty of Medicine. He then pursued his General Surgery Specialization Training, which he completed in May 2005 at the same institution. Following his specialization, he served for five years as a Specialist Physician in the Department of General Surgery at Istanbul Faculty of Medicine.

In April 2010, he was appointed Associate Professor of General Surgery at Istanbul University. His continuous dedication to academic excellence and surgical innovation led to his promotion to Professor in August 2016. He continues to practice both clinically and academically within the General Surgery Department of Istanbul Faculty of Medicine.

His primary clinical expertise lies in Endocrine Surgery and Endoscopic Surgery, areas in which he has developed significant proficiency over the years.
