Dr. Celal Salcini is a distinguished neurologist with more than 28 years of sustained clinical and academic practice, recognized for his expertise in complex neurological disorders and his long-standing contribution to neurodiagnostic sciences. He is currently a Neurology Specialist at NPISTANBUL Brain Hospital, one of Turkey’s foremost centers for neuroscience and advanced neurological care.

He completed his medical degree at Kocaeli University Faculty of Medicine (2005) and subsequently pursued his Neurology Residency at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine (2011), where he built strong academic and clinical foundations in neurophysiology, neurodegenerative diseases, and neurocritical care.
