Prof. Dr. Barış Topçular

Prof. Dr. Barış Topçular is an experienced Neurology Specialist with a strong academic and clinical background spanning more than two decades. He graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2001 and subsequently completed his neurology residency at Istanbul University’s Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, Department of Neurology.

In 2006, he continued his academic development at the Basel University Faculty of Medicine in Switzerland, where he worked at the Neurology Clinic and Research Center. Since 2011, Prof. Dr. Topçular has served in the Neurology Department of the Florence Nightingale Hospitals Group, contributing extensively to advanced neurological care. He is also engaged as a visiting researcher at Harvard University, further strengthening his international academic contributions.

Prof. Dr. Topçular’s clinical expertise includes the diagnosis and management of complex neurological disorders, with a particular focus on neurodegenerative diseases, advanced imaging-based diagnostics, and treatment-resistant neurological conditions.
