Dr. Levent Özgönenel

Prof. Dr. Levent Özgönenel is a distinguished specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (FTR) with extensive clinical, academic, and research experience. He obtained his medical degree from Istanbul University’s Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1998. Following this, he completed his specialization in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital in 2003, where he later continued serving in the department between 2005 and 2012.

In 2006, he successfully passed the European Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Board examination and received the prestigious European Board Certificate. His academic advancement continued with the completion of a master’s degree in Electrodiagnostics of Neurological Sciences at Marmara University in 2010.

Since 2014, Prof. Dr. Özgönenel has been affiliated with Group Florence Nightingale Hospitals, where he provides comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitative care. His areas of expertise span musculoskeletal system diseases, pediatric rehabilitation, and neurological rehabilitation, with additional specialization in advanced therapeutic modalities such as neural therapy, PRP treatments, and superficial electromyography.
